All potential and actual incidents are registered in the same system to enable efficient follow-up as well as implementation of preventative measures.

The management of health, safety, environment and quality is an integrated aspect of DONG E&P Norge's total man-agement system. We have a strong focus on our employees' welfare and job satisfaction and have implemented several different initiatives to achieve this goal.

The company's goal is to carry out all our activities without injuries or other negative effects on people's health, and without any damage to the external environment. These goals are described in the company's management system and are achieved in the following ways:

• We prepare annual HSEQ goals for our activities, as well as follow-up and measure priorities and how these are achieved during ordinary operations and in projects.
• We carry out HSEQ audits both internally in our company and among our subcontractors
• We make sure our subcontractors also have HSE requirements for their activities which can be documented.
