DONG Energy is a Danish company with locations in 8 countries. In Norway we are a small unit of some 100 people. This combination enables us to work on large and complex projects within our field, embark on exiting new adventures without losing stability, flexibility and strength.

Work life balance Health People in balance At DONG Energy we think of our employees as resources that we borrow during the day. For this reason, it is important to us that our employees return home feeling at least as good as they did when they left home in the morning.    We put focus on work-life balance, among other things through our annual climate surveys, in which we ask our employees how they experience work pressure and stress in their everyday lives. In DONG Energy in Norway our employees emphasize that this is a great place to work with a good work/life balance and a family-oriented business. We aim to keep it that way through respecting the individual, listening to each other and structuring our work accordingly. A balanced body A healthy body is essential for maintaining a balanced mind. We believe it is our responsibility to make it easier for our employees to make healthy choices. For this reason, we offer our employees the possibility of eating healthy food. Our employee association also arrange active events for our employees. Among other things in 2010 we will participate in the North Sea Bike Race. We also own a cabin in the mountains which is available for employees in DONG Energy Norway.
